Shipping policy

  • Se realizan envíos dentro de Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. 
  • Envíos "Economy, Standard & Express”disponibles. Tiempo se detalla al elegir el de su preferencia. 
  • Al gestionar el envío, cliente recibe el # de seguimiento para rastreo de su orden.
  • Favor de dividir la dirección postal en las dos barras disponibles (si es muy extensa) Debido a que al imprimir la etiqueta, la misma se cortará y su pedido no llegará a sus manos porque dirección puede resultar insuficiente. 
  • Una vez enviada la orden, Paradise outfits no se hace responsable si la dirección provista por el cliente está incorrecta. Verifique bien la dirección postal. 
  • Si el paquete es devuelto por dirección insuficiente o por cualquier otra situación, el cliente es responsable de volver a pagar el cargo por envío, debido a que es necesario comprar una nueva etiqueta. 

  • Importante: tenga en cuenta que Paradise Outfits no se hace responsable de los paquetes retrasados, perdidos o robados una vez que estén a cargo de USPS. Podemos asegurarle que rastrearemos su paquete y haremos todo lo que esté a nuestro alcance para localizarlo, incluso si se deben presentar reclamos. No obstante, depende de USPS localizar el mismo.

  • When managing the shipment, the customer receives the tracking # to track their order.
  • Please divide the postal address into the two available bars (if it is too long) Because when you print the label, it will be cut off and your order will not reach your hands because direction may be insufficient.
  • Once the order has been sent, Paradise outfits is not responsible if the address provided by the client is incorrect. Please double check the postal address.
  • If the package is returned due to insufficient address or any other situation, the customer is responsible for re-paying the shipping charge, as it is necessary to buy a new label.
  • Important: Please note that Paradise outfits is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the charge of the USPS.We can assure you that we will track your package and do everything in our power to locate it, even if claims have to be filed. However, it is up to the mail later to find the same.
