Toda solicitud para cambio o crédito se debe solicitar y gestionar en un término de 1-3 días calendario, desde el momento que se registra la entrega en su buzón o se realiza la entrega personal. Piezas color Blanco NO tiene cambio

NO SE DEVUELVE DINERO. Se otorga un crédito que no expira y podrá utilizar para una nueva compra.

El producto debe estar en óptimas condiciones, no puede tener rastros de haber sido utilizado, modificado o alterado de su estado original. Debe estar en perfecto estado y limpio, con sus etiquetas originales.

Para ser elegible a un cambio o crédito, su artículo debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibe, sin usar, con etiquetas y en su empaque original.

Toda solicitud de cambio o crédito esta sujeta a aprobación en recibir el artículo según descrito previamente.

Los costos de transporte y demás que implican para solicitud de cambio o crédito, serán cubiertos totalmente por el cliente.

Para iniciar un cambio, puede contactarnos en paradiseoutfits2019@gmail.com. Si se acepta su devolución para realizar el cambio u otorgar el crédito, le notificaremos vía correo electrónico, así como instrucciones sobre cómo y dónde enviar su paquete. NO se aceptarán los artículos para cambio sin antes haber realizado solicitud.

Daños y problemas

Inspeccione su pedido al recibirlo y contáctenos de inmediato si el artículo está defectuoso, dañado o si recibe el artículo incorrecto, para que podamos evaluar el problema y corregirlo. Reclamaciones serán atendidas en un término de 1-3 días luego de recibido el pedido en el buzón.

Excepciones / artículos no retornables

Ciertos tipos de artículos no se pueden cambiar, como trajes de baño, accesorios, ropa íntima y/o exclusiva "BeBrave", artículos en oferta, piezas en color blanco, mercancía de temporada (15 de noviembre - 6 de enero).

Pre-orders: No se acepta cancelación con excepción si se recibe solicitud el mismo día que se realiza la compra

Any request for exchange or credit must be requested and processed within a term of 1-3 calendar days, from the moment the delivery is registered in your mailbox or the personal delivery is made. White pieces have no change.

Transportation costs and others that involve the return of the item for exchange or credit request, will be fully covered by the customer.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at paradiseoutfits2019@gmail.com. If your return is accepted for exchange or credit, we will notify you via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items will NOT be accepted for exchange without prior request.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Claims will be dealt with within 1-3 days after receiving the order in the mailbox.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, accessories, intimate and / or exclusive "BeBrave" clothing, sale items, white pieces, seasonal merchandise (November 15 - January 6).
